Pediatric Urgent Care Services and Fees
Services
Sick visits, sports physicals, and camp physicals are available at our facility. We also offer point of care testing for illnesses such as flu, COVID-19, and Strep A. Please note that we are currently not providing urgent care for orthopedic issues like strains, sprains, or fractures.
*Disclaimer: The point-of-care rapid test for Strep A delivers quick results; however, it is not as sensitive as a laboratory throat culture, which takes 24 hours. If needed, a throat culture can be performed by your primary provider to confirm results or address ongoing symptoms despite a negative rapid test.

We have flexible scheduling, so please call to check our availability.
We provide urgent care visits, with same-day appointments available or the option to schedule for a following day if you prefer. Each visit will be triaged by the provider to ensure that your child receives the most appropriate care, determining whether in-home urgent care is suitable or if extended services like those from an urgent care or emergency room are necessary.
HOURS: Flexible schedule. The earliest we open is at 7:00 am, with the last appointment at 9:30 pm.
Once an appointment is made, the provider will come to your home or an agreed-upon public location (for example, the city hall parking lot or library) at the scheduled time. The provider will bring all the necessary equipment and perform any point of care testing that may be required during the visit. Telehealth services are also available.
LOCATION: Serving the South Metro.
If your child requires a prescription after a sick visit, it will be sent electronically. Paper prescriptions can also be provided.
Cost
Visit Cost: $125.00
For multiple children at the same visit, each subsequent child is $75.
The cost of the visit covers all services provided, including point of care testing and any necessary assessments, as well as travel within the listed areas of service (South Metro). This applies to all types of visits, including sick visits and sports physicals.
We accept cash, checks, credit cards, or debit (HSA/FSA) cards.
While we do not bill insurance directly, you can check with your insurance company to see if your visit can be applied toward an out-of-network deductible. An invoice will be provided for your records.
