Sick Visits
Point of Care Testing for : Flu, COVID-19, *Strep A
We are not currently providing urgent care for orthopedic care (strain/sprains/fractures etc)
*Disclaimer: Point-of-Care rapid test for Strep A. This test provides quick results, but it is not as sensitive as a laboratory throat culture (24hour test). A throat culture may still be completed when necessary with your primary provider to confirm the results or if symptoms persist despite a negative rapid test
Call 651-560-7437 to make an appointment.
We have flexible scheduling, so please just call to see if we are open.
We provide urgent care visits so appointments are made same day, or can be scheduled for a following day if you so choose. The visit will be triaged by the provider as well to make sure the visit is appropriate for in home urgent care and that your child would not be better served by the extended services of an urgent care or emergency room.
HOURS: Flexible schedule. Earliest time we are open is 7:00am and last appointment would be 9:30pm.
Once an appointment is made the provider will come to your home or an agreed upon public location (ex. city hall parking lot/library) at the time of your appointment. The provider will have all equipment necessary and provide any point of care testing that would need to be done at that time.
LOCATION: We are currently only seeing patients in the following cities: Eagan, Apple Valley, Rosemount, Burnsville, Farmington and Lakeville
If your child requires a prescription, that will be sent in electronically. Paper prescriptions can also be provided.
Visit Cost: $125.00
For multiple children at same visit: each subsequent child is $75
The cost of the visit covers all services provided (including any testing that is needed) and travel within the listed areas of service (Eagan, Apple Valley, Rosemount, Burnsville, Farmington and Lakeville)
We accept cash, check, credit card or debit (HSA/FSA) card.
We do not bill insurance, however you can check with your insurance company to see if it can be applied toward an out-of-network deductible. An invoice will be provided to you.
